Convenient Location. Centrally located in South Bay area, we are on scenic PCH in Torrance, California. Beaches in line along the west coast are within minutes drive for your summer time family fun; local major corporations, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Chevron, Mobil and renown in it's field, Robinson Helicopter Company, are either in the neighborhood or just a few miles away. World famous attractions, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Getty Center, Disney's Los Angeles Music Center, Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, and even the Catalina Island, are all possible for you to visit and enjoy in a day's trip. Nice Neighborhood. Across street are upscale shopping centers with restaurants like: Island's Fine Burgers, Romano's Macaroni Grill, and California Pizza Kitchen, and with stores such as, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Honey baked Ham, and Bed Bath and beyond. Next to us are Porsche and GMC dealers, and we are immediately neighboring upper middle class residential areas on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
