HOTEL POLICIES

NO PARTY / QUIET POLICY

Our property is NOT a good fit for parties. We enforce a strict No Party / Quiet Policy for the comfort and security of all hotel guests, and will not tolerate excessive noise at any time.

If the noise of your room causes discomfort to other guests, we will ask you to keep your volume down.  If a second complaint is received, we will be forced to ask you to leave our property.  If you do not cooperate, we will then acquire the assistance of law enforcement officers to remove you from our property.

Please be advised that there will be absolutely NO REFUND or credit of any sort upon your departure.


PET AND DEPOSIT POLICY

We welcome pets that are well behaved and appropriately restrained.  It is the strict hotel policy to have any guest bringing a pet (Dogs or cats Only) under 40 pounds, that this form be signed and adhered to. If you are uncomfortable in signing this form, then we are sorry, but we will be unable to accommodate you. Please note pet rooms are located in designated standard rooms only. 

Proper Pet Behavior

  • Pets are to be properly controlled at all times while on hotel property and pets must NOT be left unattended at any time.  Unattended pets will be removed promptly, and it  will be your responsibility to retrieve your pets from animal control services.
  • Please call the Front Desk when you want your room serviced at extension 0 before 11 am, and let them know you would like the room to be cleaned. You must be in your room, or out with your pet when the maid is cleaning the room. 
  • When away from your room please keep your pet on leash or in a secured kennel/cage to ensure safety of our staff and your pet.  Any contravention of applicable statutes, laws, or regulations respecting the welfare of the animals will be reported to the proper authorities. 
  • You are also responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
  • You will be given an opportunity to eliminate any noise complaints from other guests. In the event you are unable to satisfy this clause you will be asked to leave the property and could be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with appeasing the guest complaints.
  • Please note that pets are not allowed in food service areas and the swimming pool area.

Deposits and Charges  

  • A refundable incidental deposit of $100.00 is required at check-in.  The incidental deposit may be in the form of cash, or debit card, or as a separate pre-authorization on your credit card. A full accounting of any charges to the deposit will be provided. You are responsible for any excessive and / or exceptional cleaning charges at the hotel property.  This includes, but is not limited to pet odors and pet stains.  If there is any damage to the room that exceeds the deposit, it will be due immediately, without exception. 
  • There is also a fee of $20.00 per pet per night to be posted with your room charges.  Please be sure to register your pets when checking in.  any non-registered pets will be double charged ($40.00 per pet per night).

Indemnification

As the registered guest you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet(s) and agree to be financially responsible for any possible damages caused by the pet(s) including lost potential hotel income.
